Some credits for my PhD thesis

Creating a great publishable book is a complex process that requires collaboration with different experts. I would like to give some special credits for the book of my PhD thesis to the following:

 

First, Hani Alers and Lucy Gunawan from Hanike Studio have been so patient to convey my continuously new ideas and desires in the cover of this thesis. Precision, persistence and passion about designing are only some of their qualities.

 

Second, Veronique Eijkemans and Janneke Bodar from Uitgever BOXPress did a fantastic job in printing my PhD thesis as a high quality book. They were so responsive and provided flexible services with very valuable tips about the layout and printing options.
